BIOGRAPHY

Gabrielle Cutler is an attorney with over eight years of legal experience, with a primary focus on construction defect litigation. She has extensive background representing clients in multi-party construction defect cases, including disputes involving insurance coverage, indemnity and subcontractor claims. In addition to construction litigation, Gabrielle has a strong background in real estate law, handling a broad range of matters including landlord-tenant disputes, non-disclosure claims, partition actions and title disputes.

After earning a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara, Gabrielle earned her law degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, with a business law concentration and was an active member of the Moot Court Honors Board.

Gabrielle’s practice is defined by a detail-oriented approach to resolving conflicts efficiently and effectively. She is known for her ability to manage complex cases while maintaining clear communication with clients throughout every stage of litigation.
