BIOGRAPHY

Yarden Fedida is an Associate Attorney at Chalifoux, Brast, Thompson & Potocki with over eight years of experience handling complex civil litigation matters. Her practice focuses on civil litigation, personal injury, construction defect litigation, and regulatory matters.

Yarden began her legal career in 2017, representing clients in a wide range of civil matters, including personal injury, insurance defense, and property disputes. She later represented individuals and businesses in both civil litigation and transactional matters, with an emphasis on construction-related disputes, real estate matters, and regulatory compliance.

Yarden earned her Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School, where she also served as a Law Clerk with the Los Angeles County Public Defender’s Office. She holds a Master’s Degree in Diplomacy and Conflict Resolution from Reichman University and earned Bachelor of Arts degrees in Communication and Political Science from the University of Southern California. Yarden was selected as a 2017 ABOTA Fellow and remains active in professional organizations, including having served as a Board Member of the Southwestern Law School Alumni Association.
